Richardson Centre Parkade is located at the northeast corner of Richardson Centre.

The parking facilities total 823 stalls including a heated underground area, a multilevel above grade structure and surface lots adjacent to the complex. A car wash and detail facility is also on site.

The secure enclosure is located inside the Richardson Parkade on the Portage Avenue East entry door side for tenant use.
